AbstractBackground : Trained woean who experiencing menstrual disoders are found with high blood cholesterol level. This situation is contrary to don’t experience disorder. Mentrual disorder condition has a low estrogen The level associated endothelial disfunction which causes increase. benefit of omega 3 supplementation have been clinically proven prevent atherosclerosis, decrease levels, and playong an important role in modulating inflamation. Omega expected levels trained women. Method: research using field experimental case control method. samples 30 womens contained by 15 controlled given treatment. sampling technique randomized allocation. independent variabel 300mg the dependent levels. Data analized parametric statistic paired T-test. Result: bivariate analysis showed there meaningful difference on treatment group p=0,0027 no change p=0,191 during for 8 weeks. Conclusion:
